Private & Group Yoga Classes for Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
My journey with yoga began during a time in my life when I was searching for balance, healing, and a deeper connection to myself. What started as simply moving through poses quickly became something much more – yoga gave me tools to calm my emotions, reconnect with my body, and begin to heal patterns that were keeping me stuck.
Because of my own experiences with disordered eating and trauma, I understand how complicated the relationship with the body can be. That’s why my approach is trauma-sensitive and body-positive. In every class or session, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where students feel supported exactly as they are – no pressure to “look” a certain way or push beyond what feels right.
The heart of my teaching focuses on three things:
- Regulating emotions through breath and mindfulness, so you can feel more grounded in daily life.
- Maintaining a positive body image by practicing acceptance, compassion, and appreciation for what your body can do.
- Gaining strength and flexibility both physically and mentally, so you leave your mat feeling empowered and capable.
Yoga has been a powerful part of my own healing, and it’s now my passion to share that with others. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or continuing your journey, my hope is to guide you toward feeling more at home in your body, more connected to your breath, and more at peace within yourself.

What is a private yoga session?
A private yoga session can be a one-on-one class or a semi-private class customized for 2-3 people, tailored specifically to your individual goals, physical condition, and experience level. Yoga encourages self-awareness, mindfulness, and compassion for the body. This can help quiet negative self-talk, reduce stress, and build a healthier, kinder relationship with food and body image.
