The FUSION Method is my signature 1:1 mentorship, rooted in trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation.

It’s designed to help you move from fear and overwhelm into trust, self-love, and empowerment – step by step, in a safe, supportive container.

Unlike group classes, this journey is personalized to your needs. You’ll be guided gently but powerfully through practices that release what no longer serves you and anchor you in a more peaceful way of living.

Rebuild trust with your body and emotions through breath awareness, mindful movement, mantra work, and journaling for self-compassion.

Practices to let go of stored tension and emotions through somatic release, breath, sound (humming, sighing), and “letting go” journaling.

Step into your strength with confidence-building postures, empowering affirmations, flowing movement, and visualizations.

Ongoing & Nurturing

Create sustainable self-care rituals and lifestyle practices (sleep, screen detox, walks). Close with a gratitude ceremony and long-term tools for nervous system balance.

Hi, I’m Brittney,

For years, I struggled with overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt. Yoga and somatic practices gave me the tools to feel safe in my body again, reconnect with my emotions, and cultivate self-love.

Now, as a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher and mentor, I help women just like you move through fear and self-criticism into grounded calm, confidence, and compassion. The FUSION Method was born out of this journey – a pathway that combines movement, breath, journaling, and self-care rituals in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and deeply transformative.
