About Brittney

Hey there, I’m Brittney, the heart behind Brittney Fusion. I created this as a space to connect with soulful like-minded people and to share my love of yoga, wellness, and travel. I’m a 500-hour RYT yoga instructor specializing in gentle, trauma-sensitive yoga. I work with clients one-on-one and in small, semi-private group settings, creating safe and supportive spaces for growth and healing.

My blog is where I get to share all the things I love in one colorful, soulful mix: think nourishing recipes, cozy crafts, mindfulness tips, and dreamy escapes to places that stir the soul. I hope to connect with and inspire others who are craving the same. Whether you are looking to slow down and reconnect with yourself, or you’re just looking for a killer smoothie recipe, I’m so happy you found your way here!

I am currently living and thriving in Colorado, with my spouse, two amazing kids, and two cats (Luna & Stevie). I am deeply passionate about nature, adventure, and healing – body, mind, and spirit. You’ll usually find me practicing yoga, soaking up the sun, hiking, journaling, reading or listening to a new book with a tea nearby, or planning our next family escape. I’ve always loved learning, and I see the world as one big classroom. I’m passionate about showing my kids the beauty of different cultures, landscapes, and ways of living– reminding them (and myself) that growth often comes through exploration and taking chances.
